Human Resources Manager

Jackie Tautimez serves as the Human Resources Manager at Prime Solutions Group, Inc., where she leads all HR functions and drives initiatives that support organizational growth and employee experience. Since joining PSG in 2020, she has helped scale the company from 30 to over 60 employees while strengthening HR operations through process improvements, including a formal policy approval framework, centralized SharePoint resources, and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate..

Jackie brings over 10 years of experience in Training & Development and Talent Acquisition across defense contracting and retail. She holds an AAS in Business Management from Glendale Community College and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through Society for Human Resource Management.

Jackie holds an AAS in Business Management from Glendale Community College and has earned certifications in Organizational Cognizance and Human Resources Management. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, serves on Grand Canyon University’s Engineering & Technology Advisory Board and is recognized as a State of Arizona Public Notary.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys cooking, traveling, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her growing family, including her husband, their baby, and their border collie.
