Software/Cloud Development Internship

The Electrical Engineering internship at PSG challenges the student intern with radar system design including RF sensor hardware, data management, and phenomenology as manifested in digital signal processing. The student is exposed to the holistic performance impacts constrained by engineered systems. Emphasis on student contributions in specific areas of RF data processing are facilitated by experienced Electrical Engineering professionals who assist the student with an appreciation of system component operations and the techniques needed to recover information from digital signals. The primary purpose of this role will be to develop advanced software application services and microservice. Product Line Engineering Lead

The PSG Product Line Engineering (PLE) Lead is a key contributor to PSG’s business strategy and growth in developing products for government and commercial markets. This Lead position is involved with product development from concept definition through development and into deployment. The PLE Lead establishes internal development processes and supports the governance actions necessary to sustain and mature PSG’s time to market with innovative revenue-generating products. The PLE Lead is a new position at PSG and the successful candidate is expected to be directly involved in transformational initiatives that will define the PSG brand in the marketplace. This person reports to the PSG Product Development Business Unit with Product Owner staff management responsibility. This unique leadership role is an opportunity for a career-minded professional to play a substantial role in the future roadmap of PSG. 


Responsibilities

  • Utilize and implement Product Line methods and tools at PSG 
  • Organize a portfolio of products and manage the Product Owners responsible for individual Products 
  • Provide inputs into PSG’s Technology Roadmaps 
  • Support customer/stakeholder interactions 
  • Support Market Research and Product Marketing initiatives 
  • Define, implement and advance the Agile System Software Development Methodology as a key part of product development 
  • Represent Product Line and report status at internal reviews

Amazon Web Services Program Manager

The AWS Program Manager’s goal at PSG is to drive business outcomes through the global Amazon Web Service (AWS) Partner Network (APN). This position is responsible for all aspects of PSG’s progression through APN tiers and leveraging the business, technical and marketing aspects of the APN to increase PSG revenue and business value. This key position contributes business thought leadership by advancing and executing across PSG’s Engineering Services and Product Development Business Units to decrease time to value and address customer objectives through direct and internal business and product development opportunities. Internal coordination, business planning and execution is facilitated by actively developing relationships with AWS managers and advisors (Partner Development Manager, Account Manager, Partner Success Manager, Marketplace customer advisor, Solutions Architects, and ISV Success Manager). The PSG AWS Program Manager is a key contributor to PSG’s Engineering Services and Product Development Business Units, the overall PSG Business Strategy, and the innovation culture at PSG. 


Responsibilities 

  • Develop and Manage PSG’s relationship through AWS Field, APN, and Marketplace
  • Position PSG services and solutions through AWS Field, APN, Marketplace Solutions Architects
  • Lead and develop PSG’s culture of Customer Obsession accelerated through the AWS Flywheel
  • PSG outward facing focal point with AWS 
  • PSG inward focal point on AWS Solutioneering
  • Represent AWS Partner relationship across PSG and support the development of enterprise and individual goals and objectives that increase PSG’s revenue and value to customers 
  • Manage PSG’s training, support to AWS contracts, and AWS business development pipeline
