I am pleased to report PSG will conduct our 6th Annual Advisory Board Meeting this week. It is an annual look back at the current year, and more importantly, a look into the future of the company and the strategies and objectives we need to pay attention to going forward.

A key accomplishment for 2025 is the establishment of an internal Advisory Board as key positions within the company. This is another accomplishment that has emerged from prior Advisory Boards and now the strategic objectives going forward. PSG has sustained growth over the 17 years since our founding. A key stage in the development of a small business is the stage of “Resource Optimization” which enables the company to grow with the resources in place to enable that growth.

I am expecting the 2024 Advisory Board to recognize PSG’s advancement to the Resource Optimization stage and also help with “what’s next” strategies. Those strategies include concepts of Merger and Acquisition (M&A) which position the company for accelerated growth in the future. The Advisory Board results will sharpen our specific 2025 objectives, and I look forward to sharing those objectives with the entire PSG team.
